I wanted to make a ‘Muscle Ache’ balm using the oils I had infused, but this recipe will work equally well with a plain base oil and essential oils. It has a wonderful consistency, ending up a little more like an ‘ointment’ and is also excellent for menstrual cramps and pains. It is lovely to have the warm scent of Rosemary with you on a grey, winters day.
