Greek Myths

secretsoftheserpent

Mythology is the history of ancient times and it is ancient thought. Myths have a lot of archetypes, but they are based on true experiences. The ancient tales are experiences of ancient history. Some are mental concepts, some are real life experiences, but you must be initiated into wisdom to understand them. I love the myths because it lets me into the minds of the ancient writers.

Embracing the Wilds at Lughnasadh

The Druid's Garden

Wildlife Wildlife

When you think of the term “wild”, what comes to mind? Perhaps wild can be defined by that which is its opposite: civilized, tame, domesticated, and controlled.  Wild, on the other hand, is free, unrestricted, unbounded, and sovereign.  And while I resist binaries, there does seem to be some truth in the difference between that which is wild and that which is tame–a manicured city street vs. an old-growth forest has a world of difference: in the smell, in the biodiversity present, and in the energy of the space.  A wild place is hugely biodiverse and serves the needs of a wide variety of species. A wild space is in a place of ecological balance, where all resources are cycled and used. The human-tamed spaces are most frequently designed for human needs exclusively, and in the modern age, are also prime producers of pollution and waste. There’s, of course…

Wisdom from the Ancients

secretsoftheserpent

The ancients had some of the highest intellectual quality the world has ever seen. The ancient Egyptian, ancient Greece, Mayan, Lemurian, Atlantean and others were some of the most advanced civilizations that ever existed.  The ancients gave us a foundation for all of western world.  Including education, social and political development.  The ancients wanted people to study mathematics, astronomy and music.  These three subjects were considered the tripod of wisdom.  The ancients thought these subjects must be known.

The Princess and the Pea

secretsoftheserpent

Princess and the Pea is a fairy tale we all heard as children. It also went by the title, The Real Princess. Here is yet another story everyone tries to give meaning to. Hans Christian Andersen was the writer of several esoteric fairy tales. All his stories he said he heard as a child. Andersen fairytales were about the mind and the inner journey. The Princess and the Pea is no different. Calling this a story about spoiled brat aristocrats, sensitivity, marrying the right person, or any other nonsense is simply false.

Human Touch

secretsoftheserpent

As we open the world up most people have been sitting in their homes away from the world for about a year.  I see people have forgotten how to connect in a human to human way.  Everyone has been on their phones or computers communicating and we have forgotten that human touch.  To me everyone seems robotic out in public.  I am out in the world everyday.  I love meeting people.  I love working with people.  As the world ends lockdowns  most can’t connect in person.  This post will help you connect with others and remember that we are all humans who need that human connection.

Common Sense

secretsoftheserpent

I have said many times before that the brain is a living computer.  It is a computer that is always on.  You can not turn it off even when you are sleeping.  It is constantly recording, remembering, learning and creating.  Our minds are very defensive.  Because of our true ancient history our minds defend against so much.   Our collective subconscious is very powerful and it does not want to go through the trauma of that history again(see Lemurian Magic).

When first started “waking” I had no one to turn too.  It was very awkward. Who do you turn to when your world is falling apart?  My emotions were everywhere.  Those who have gone through the waking experience will know exactly what Im talking about.  Try to talk to someone and they think you are crazy.  Because of that when you find someone who would understand you are afraid to talk to them.  This post I will try to help the ones waking who are struggling with it.  It will also show you if your are just changing instead of awakening.

Get Rid of the Negative

secretsoftheserpent

This Easter I thought I would give my readers a post on how to resurrect their own mind and life.  This post will go deep.  It is based on the teachings of mystery schools and the original teachings of Freemasonry.  This is forgotten knowledge but is still taught in esoteric circles.  Those who are on my site if not already awake are ready to awaken, so I think most are ready for this post.  It is a deep dive into how to change our world for the better.  The way we have been has been a failure.  Time to resurrect success.
