Full Moon In Cancer ~ January 1st

     Full Moon coinciding with the beginning of a New Year is quite a rare thing! I would not go as far as to say that it will determine the unfolding of the whole year, but it will certainly give us a big theme to develop within 2018!
     Full Moon in Cancer is asking us to take better care of ourselves and understand how important self-nourishment is. The last year has had quite a few dramatic astrological events, and this year should be somewhat calmer, at least in terms of its aspects.
     However, we have experienced what it feels like being under almost continual pressure throughout the year, and many people have experienced recurring health challenges.
     So I will keep it short and sweet — take care of yourselves and your loved ones much more than ever before. Pay attention to your emotions, your imagination and your intuition and let go of any memories that no longer serve your highest good. Use the Element of Water to help you release those memories. Strengthen the energy of your heart. The stone to work with for this is Rhodochrosite and any other stone that you intuitively choose during the Full Moon on Monday and Tuesday.

I have had several emails referring to my last post. The questions are asking, “How can you say what we are here to do is grow?” I’m going to get very deep on this post, so if I give you a headache for the New Year, I’m sorry. I admit, this post will not be understood by many. Hell, most of my writings are understood by very few and this one will be understood by even fewer. We are not here to bow down to some bearded man who wants to be praised all the time or to consume as much as possible and who ever has the most when they die wins.

Over the past ten years, the people of planet Earth have experienced a cataclysmic shift that has affected virtually every area of human life.  Pluto (planet of deep transformational forces) changed signs in 2008, moving from expansive Sagittarius which embraced migration and “one world” culture as well as celebrity and theology into the contracting sign of Capricorn which insists on being practical and creating strong foundations that can’t be buffeted around by the whims of the world.  Pluto then was drawn into a protracted conflict with Uranus, a planet of rebellion and revolution, in the individualistic sign of Aries and predictably, revolutions occurred around the world.  The Arab Spring, the Trump revolution in the US, Brexit in the UK, revolutions in the UK, and a dismantling of governments in Africa and elsewhere (Pluto in Capricorn) by revolutionary forces (Uranus in Aries).
