The Sagittarius New Moon Is Asking . . .

. . . “What’s Your Story?”
You probably know by now that the New Moon time is a time for planting new seeds for the future. However, each time a New Moon is in a specific sign, it gives us something else to consider. Also, sometimes a New Moon has company and this company creates a certain kind of mood.
So this New Moon and his 4 companions in the sign of Sagittarius are asking us to look at the year behind us and make a story out of what we created and what happened to us. Before we can use its energy to move forward, we need to look back and make sure that we understand the lessons and the gifts we have received this year.
If you are tempted to skip this step — please do not! With the current energy it is ***the most important thing*** you can do for yourself! Do that on the 17th or 18th of December. Use Turquoise (pictured above) to help you with this.
That way, when on the 19th the energy shifts in a big way, with Saturn’s move into Capricorn, followed closely by the Sun (20th), and then the Solstice (21st) — you’ll have an inspiration and motivation to make a solid plan for the future. Use Black Onyx and Garnet (pictured below) to help with this.
Because of this energy shift, this plan will have the potential to bring much greater stability to whatever seeds you plant than was possible in the last three years.
And finally, you will want to take action only when Mercury is well out of the retrograde period, so after Christmas would be a good time to start putting your plan into action.

In the Haudenosaunee (Iroquois) legend, there was a terrible conflict between five different nations of people. This conflict was rooted in cycles of pain, revenge, and chaos. A messenger of peace sent from the Great Spirit, the “Peacemaker,” sought to unite the five warring tribes. After convincing them to unite, they came together to make peace, but they still carried their weapons. The Peacemaker uprooted a White Pine tree and had them throw all of their weapons into the hole. He then replanted the tree, and the underground waters carried away the weapons. On the tree, the needles grew in clusters of five, to represent the five nations who came to find peace. The roots of the tree spread out in four directions, to the north, south, east and west; the roots are called the roots…
