Let me clear the air first… Crystals are not a miracle healing solution (well, nothing really is). They work in subtle ways. To use nutrition as a metaphor, they’re comparable to dietary supplements. Just as supplements are designed to literally supplement a healthy diet, crystals supplement overall well-being. Why are crystals a supplement? Well, because the most powerful determining factor of your health is what you do on a regular basis (your thought patterns, beliefs, diet, exercise habits…etc.).
